Since taking the helm at Sunrise in 2012, Soederberg has tripled the size of the company by continuously honing and strengthening Sunrise's engineering skills and processes, instilling a culture of uncompromising integrity, assumption of positive intent, and constant focus on exceeding client expectations.
Soederberg considers himself an engineer from birth and has always been motivated by the intrinsic reward found in solving tough technical challenges. His career includes over twenty years of experience working at companies such as Draper Labs, Motorola, KMC Systems and DEKA Research and Development, and holding multiple patents in medical device technologies. He is also an active thought leader within Boston's engineering and medtech community, through his involvement as a speaker and moderator on product development topics.
