Phillip Palmer

Program Manager

Phil Palmer has been developing medical devices and analytical laboratory instrumentation for over 20 years. He has experience leading multi-functional development teams through the entire product development lifecycle from proof-of-concept through to transition to manufacture. Phil's technical capabilities include: systems engineering, optics and imaging, embedded software, precision motion systems, and thermal management. He has developed light-based aesthetic and therapeutic medical devices, a point-of-care IVD digital fluroscence imaging system, blood processing systems, and automated high temperature thermogravimetric analyzers. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Ursinus College and obtained his doctoral degree in Chemical Physics from the University of Pennsylvania.
