Afternoon Receptionist/ Purchasing Assistant

Sunrise is looking to fill a part-time administrative support position. You will be the first point of contact for Sunrise and will provide administrative support throughout our organization. 
At Sunrise you will:
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls
  • Provide support to purchasing department, including issuing purchase orders, communicating with vendors, and data entry.
  • Maintain calendars for conference rooms
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the break room/ kitchen and the stock of the kitchen/office supplies
  • Assist with shipping and receiving
  • Handle general office tasks, such as filing, copying, etc.
We’ll look for:
  • Someone dedicated to providing a high level of support to both guests and staff
  • A multi-tasker with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Someone with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong math, computer, and internet skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Someone with stress management skills who can handle competing priorities
  • Someone willing to tackle a wide range of tasks (purchasing, cleaning, mailing, phones, setting up catering, etc.) with a positive and open-minded attitude.
The hours are:
Monday-Friday, 12:45 pm- 5:00 pm
